What We Do at The Party 

Our parties are bespoke and suitable for children aged 5-12 years.

We will talk to you before we start planning about your party theme, your child’s wishes, a project you have seen or something you would like to do at your child's party.

Where is the party ...

We can always come to a venue of your choice or your home.

We have celebrated many parties in the North London area.

We always bring tablecloths and aprons and leave the place clean.

If you do your party in your choice of venue -

You would need to provide tables and chairs, so every child has enough space to make and create.

How Long is the Party...

Our art & craft projects usually last for 1 hour.
However, if you would like to take more time for an advanced project, we can come for 1.5 hours (see prices below)
we will leave the venue after we have cleared & cleaned the art tables.

Fees & Booking .... 

Please see the following packs to choose from:

1. 10 children party pack- 90 minutes activity from £210 Basic pack /£260 Pro pack, including complete materials & equipment 

2. 20 children's party packs—90-minute activities from £300 Basic pack /£380 Pro pack, including complete materials & equipment

You can add extra children to your pack if needed £12  for every additional child.

Ensure your Booking:
We ask for a deposit of 30% of the total price to secure your booking,
We accept Bank transfers/ cash/ credit card 
The balance is then payable 5 days before 
the event date.

The Art workshop lasts at least 90 minutes and is structured to keep the children engaged throughout. We recommend planning your event to be 120 minutes, so you have 30 minutes for food and cake afterwards.

1 hour for Art Activities and 30 minutes for us to set up your table

+ Etch child takes home what they have made at the end. and it's included!
so, you do not need to pay more for party bags.

You will choose from a variety of Art projects for your party.

"Basic Art party pack" activity projects include:

  • Painting on A4 Canvas (Acrylic/watercolour with your chosen subject or mix of a variety of art Ideas samples)

  • Art & Craft complete table materials with a variety of activities to create freestyle

  • Willow wood Art on canvas 

  • Paper mache art

  • Mix Abstract Crafts projects

  • Chulk Pastel colour painting on black canvas/paper/board

  • Jigsaw Puzzles hard board shaped- painting project 
    If you want your project to be on A3 board or canvas size, there will be an extra charge. Ask for details.

Fees explanation ;

All other projects from the Basic pack price are in the Pro pack with an additional charge for the basic pack.

£50 for the pack party of  every 10 children

£80 for the pack party of  every 20 children

"Pro Art Party pack" activity projects include:

  • Tote bag Painting with Textil Acrylic

  • Dream Catches 

  • Tie-dye on T-shirts

  • Graffiti spray- (Recommended) 
    There will be an extra charge if you want your project to be A3 board or canvas size. Ask for details.

  • Mosaic stones/tiles on an A5 wooden bass sheet, glass Jar.
    Mosaic Extras: If you want to create the activity on other materials to make it more special, We offer the unique extra option:  
    Mosaic on Acrylic glass sheets with a frame ready to hang- additional charge of £20 per 10 children.

Overview - How it works 

​

You would need to provide tables(and tablecloths) and chairs so every child has enough space to draw, create outlines, and use graffiti pens.

The graffiti and tie-die party required open space.

​

Depending on the activity requirement, we provide aprons, disposable masks, and gloves if needed so the kids stay safe and clean as much as possible.

We will arrive at your choice venue - or your home

​

The Art workshop is set up for 30 minutes, lasts at least 60 minutes, and is structured to keep the children engaged. 

We recommend planning your event for 120 minutes, so you have 30 minutes for food and cake afterwards and 1.5 hours for Art Activities.

Payment:

We ask for a deposit of 30% of the total price to secure your booking.

 

We accept bank transfers for the rest of the amount to pay after you pay the deposit here,

possible credit cards, and PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay if you request.

The following payment is for the deposit to ensure your booking.

​

You will receive an invoice with the total amount due once you complete the booking form and pay the deposit.
Your deposit will be deducted from the total amount.
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 5 days before your party.
You may pay the balance via bank transfer,

The deposit prices shown online include a fee of £5 for booking online.
